Prepare public-sector bids from the company you already are.

Lula Bid extracts a company profile from the public website, matches official National Treasury tenders to that scope, and guides the team through returnables to a submission pack.

How Lula Bid works

Discovery is not enough. Most bids fail on missed forms, expired certificates, and a late pack.

01

Load the company

Enter the public website. Lula Bid reads allowed pages and extracts services, certifications, and tender keywords.

02

Match official notices

National Treasury OCDS releases are scored against that profile. Hard excludes drop work the company does not do.

03

Prepare the returnables

Upload the issued pack, extract requirements, and complete the SBD and compliance checklist from the company vault.

04

Export the pack

Draft the technical proposal on the Lula Path template, filled from the company profile, then download a ZIP with a manifest for the submission.

Built for preparation, not alerts

Official discovery

Primary feed is National Treasury OCDS. Entity tender pages are indexed when they exist. Aggregators are never scraped. Matching uses the extracted company scope.

Compliance checklist

SBD 4, 6.1, 8, 9 plus CSD, TCS, B-BBEE, CIDB and other returnables, linked to the company vault.

Response pack

Parse the issued documents, draft a technical proposal, and export a ZIP with a manifest.

Three packages, by what you can do

Discover finds the work. Prepare assembles the returnables. Bid produces the response file.

Refer a company that subscribes. Your next charge is 20% off.

Prices are the monthly card amount. VAT is not added. A new workspace includes 30 days on the selected package. Subscribe in Settings before the trial ends to keep it.

Refer a company. Take 20% off one month.

After you open a workspace, Settings gives you a referral link. When that company subscribes, your next charge is 20% lower. The following month returns to the package price. Each further paid referral discounts a later month. VAT is not added.

How the discount works

  1. 1. Open a workspace and copy the referral link from Settings.
  2. 2. The other company starts from that link.
  3. 3. When they subscribe, your next charge drops by 20%.

Questions

Where do tenders come from?
Lula Bid indexes 333 official organs of state. National Treasury eTenders OCDS is the primary feed; entity tender pages are read when they exist and robots.txt allows it. We do not scrape EasyTenders or other aggregators.
Can each customer have their own workspace?
Yes. Each company is a tenant. Profile, vault, preparation, and proposals stay inside that workspace. The official catalog is shared, then linked per company.
Do I need the Bid package to start?
No. Discover is enough to extract a profile and see matching official tenders. Prepare adds parsing and the vault. Bid adds the proposal draft and submission ZIP.
How does payment work?
A new workspace includes 30 days on Discover, Prepare, or Bid. The package tools close after that unless the owner subscribes in Settings. PayFast then charges the monthly price. VAT is not added.
What happens if I refer another company?
Share the referral link from Settings. When that company subscribes, your next charge is 20% lower. The following month returns to the package price. Each further paid referral discounts a later month. VAT is not added.
